| I am an artist. Pieces are often bold and extreme. Designs are never repeated. I spent years designing sweaters, ghost- knit for Tajuca where we won a Coty Award. My sweaters were over the top and always one of a kind like my jewelry. In the 1990s I curated and ran the Paul/Sanger Gallery, a fine art gallery specializing in 20th century American art. I have been designing jewelry since the late 90’s. My jewelry line is designed with both semi-precious and precious stones, the finest crystals, precious and semi precious metals. I will on occasion use vintage pieces and clasps. My work is opulent and is all about color and proportion. The medium combines my love of color, texture and line with my desire to constantly create. Entertainment Tonite’s correspondent Maria Menounos wore a Zapp designed necklace to the Latin Grammies and I am scheduled to be in an upcoming issue of Daily Candy. Many pieces are presently in private collections across the United States and Europe. Bracelets, necklaces and earrings are currently for sale in thefollowing stores: Pieces can also be purchased by emailing me directly. I enjoy and welcome private commissions. |
